Create yourself a Persona with the filters available to make your prospecting workflow more efficient. Your Persona can be used to begin a broad search which can be narrowed down with other filters in Search. Or you can quickly filter within companies, contacts that match your Personas.

Create, Add and Edit Personas
You can create 6 Personas, and this is not limited at the Account level. Each user can create 6 Personas for their own use. You also have the ability to edit Personas.
Create a Persona for the first time
You can create a new Persona directly from Search or in the dedicated Persona Page.
Head over to Prospector and expand Persona under Workflows in your filter panel at the left of your screen. Or, head over to the Personas page by clicking the Personas icon to the left of the filter panel.
Click + Create New and pop out will appear.
Name the new Persona being created.
You have access to the Job Title & Seniority and Location filters. As you select these filters, a preview of the results will appear to give you an estimate of how many contacts match the persona being created.
Once satisfied, click Save.
Add an additional Persona
You can add more Personas after creating your first one directly from Search or in the dedicated Persona Page.
Head over to Prospector and expand Persona under Workflows in your filter panel at the left of your screen. Or, head over to the Personas page by clicking the Personas icon to the left of the filter panel.
In Search, click the text box followed by Create New and the pop out will appear.
Or, if you are in the Personas page, click + Create New and the pop out will appear.
Name the new Persona being created.

Once satisfied, click Save.
Edit a Persona
You can edit Personas after directly from Search or in the dedicated Persona Page.
Head over to Prospector and expand Persona under Workflows in your filter panel at the left of your screen. Or, head over to the Personas page by clicking the Personas icon to the left of the filter panel.
In Search, click the text box and select a Persona. Hover over the Persona after it appears in the text box and click Edit Persona.
Or, if you are in the Personas page, go to the Persona you want to edit and click the 3 dots followed by Edit and the pop out will appear.
You can change the name of your Persona.
The Job Title & Seniority and Location filters previously selected will appear. You can change these or select and add new ones.
Once satisfied, click Save.
Use a Persona in Search
You can use your Personas to begin Searches in Prospector and narrow down the results by applying additional filters.
Head over to Prospector and expand Persona under Workflows in your filter panel at the left of your screen.
In Search, click the text box and select a Persona. Hover over the Persona after it appears in the text box to view the filters that are applied for that Persona.
You can add multiple Personas to your Search.
Use the additional filters to narrow down your results.
Use a Persona to narrow down Contacts in a Company Profile
If you’re prospecting within the Company Profile page, you can target contacts who match your Persona by using the quick filter. There is also a new section in the company profile which displays your Personas and how many contacts match your Persona.
Click a Persona under the Personas section to quickly filter Contacts at the Company who match the selected Persona.
Click the Persona dropdown, and check or uncheck the checkboxes, to select or remove the Persona filter.
You can also create a new Persona by clicking Create New.
Delete a Persona
You can Delete Personas from dedicated Persona Page.
Head over to the Personas page by clicking the Personas icon to the left of the filter panel.
Or, if you are in the Personas page, go to the Persona you want to edit and click the 3 dots followed by Delete.
