As an Admin user, or Team Lead user, you have the ability to create a search, save it, and assign it to other users or teams within your Cognism account.
After applying filters to your search, save the search and head over to Saved Searches.
Go to the saved search that you want to assign and click the three dots at the right. Click Assign from the dropdown of options.
A pop-out will appear allowing you to assign the search to an entire team, or members of specific team, or an individual user. Once the search is assigned, click Save and the team or user will see the search within their Saved Searches page.
