Save searches to quickly return to frequently used filters without recreating them each time.
The Search page displays your three most recently saved searches, allowing you to load them or manage all your saved searches.
View recent searches
Your three most recently saved searches appear below the AI Search bar on the Search page.
From here, you can:
- Load a saved search by selecting the arrow beside it.
- Select View all to open the full list of saved searches.

Select View all to open the Load Search window.
From this window, you can:
- Search for saved searches by name.
- View all saved searches.
- Load a saved search.
- Rename or delete a saved search using the More (⋮) menu.
Note: The Load Search window displays the number of filters used in each saved search, but not the individual filters that were applied.
Load a saved search
You can load a saved search in several ways.
Option 1: From recent searches
- On the Search page, select the arrow beside one of your recent searches.
- The saved search and all associated filters are applied immediately.
Option 2: From the Load Search window
- Select View all.
- Locate the saved search.
- Select Load.
The saved filters are applied to the Search page.
Option 3: From the search filters panel
- In the search filters panel, select Load Search.
- Choose the saved search you want to load.
The saved filters are applied immediately.
Save a search
After configuring your search filters:
- Select Save Search below the search filters.
- Choose one of the following:
- Save as New Search to create a new saved search.
- Update Existing Search to overwrite an existing saved search.
Update a saved search
You cannot edit a saved search directly.
To update an existing saved search:
- Load the saved search.
- Add, remove or change the required filters.
- Select Save Search.
- Select Update Existing Search.
- Choose the saved search you want to overwrite.
Manage saved searches
To rename or delete a saved search:
- Open the Load Search window.
- Select the More (⋮) menu beside the saved search.
- Choose Rename or Delete.
Note: Saved searches are private to your user account and cannot be shared with other users.
Share search criteria
If multiple users need to work with the same targeting criteria, use Personas instead of saved searches.
Personas allow administrators to assign prospect groups to specific users or teams, making them the recommended way to share targeting criteria across your organisation.
Next steps
After saving a search, you can:
- Load it at any time from the Search page or the Load Search window.
- Update it by loading the search, changing the filters and saving over the existing version.
