The Platform Adoption Dashboard helps you monitor how Sales Companion is being used across your organisation. You can use it to measure user engagement, review platform adoption and identify opportunities to increase usage.
Availability: The Platform Adoption Dashboard is available to PRO customers only.
Access the Platform Adoption Dashboard
To open the dashboard:
- Navigate to Dashboard > Platform Adoption.
You can filter the dashboard by:
- Date range
- All time
- Last month
- Last 3 months
- Last 6 months
- Custom date range
- Team
To export the dashboard, select Download.
Understand the dashboard
The dashboard is divided into four sections.
Licence Utilisation
The Licence Utilisation widget shows how licences are allocated across your organisation.
It includes:
- Total allocated licences
- Percentage of licences currently in use
- Licence allocation by administrator and user roles
Use this widget to identify unused licences and monitor licence usage over time.
User Activity Overview
The User Activity Overview shows average user engagement during the selected date range.
Use this report to:
- Compare engagement across teams
- Identify highly engaged teams
- Identify teams with low platform adoption
- Monitor changes in engagement over time
Export Breakdown
The Export Breakdown shows how prospecting data is exported across your organisation.
You can analyse exports by:
- Export type
- Export source
- Export destination
This helps you understand how users share prospecting data throughout their workflow.
Detailed Breakdown
The Detailed Breakdown table summarises adoption metrics for each team.
It includes:

| Contacts Revealed | Number of contacts revealed. |
| CRM Integrated | Whether the team has a CRM integration enabled. |
| Chrome Extension | Chrome Extension adoption across the team. |
Use this table to compare adoption across teams and identify where additional training or support may be required.
Filter the dashboard
Filter by date
Select one of the available date ranges:
- All time
- Last month
- Last 3 months
- Last 6 months
- Custom date range
Use a custom date range to review adoption during a specific campaign, onboarding period or reporting cycle.
Filter by team
Use the Team filter to:
- View adoption for a specific team.
- Compare adoption across teams.
- Monitor engagement by team.
Interpret adoption data
Use the dashboard to help answer questions such as:
- Are licences being used?
- Which teams are actively using Sales Companion?
- Which teams may benefit from additional training?
- Are users regularly searching, revealing contacts and exporting data?
- Is CRM or Chrome Extension adoption consistent across teams?
