You may receive a "Link Expired" message when attempting to use:
- A password reset link
- A user invitation link to join Cognism
For security purposes, both password reset and invitation links expire after 5 days.
Password Reset Link Expired
If your password reset link has expired, you can generate a new one at any time.
Request a New Password Reset Link
- Navigate to the Cognism login page.
- Select Forgot Password.
- Enter your email address.
- Submit the request.
- Check your inbox for a new password reset email.

Invitation Link Expired
If you were invited to Cognism but the invitation link has expired, a new invitation must be generated.
Request a New Invitation
Please contact Cognism Support and provide:
- Your email address
- Your company name
The Support team can issue a new invitation link for you.
