Conditional Mapping for CRM/SEP Integrations

Cognism provides you with a multitude of data which you can tailor to suit your needs. The introduction of conditional mapping allows you to customise the way certain fields are mapped to your CRM. Supported CRM integrations include Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive, Bullhorn, and Microsoft Dynamics.

Rules for the following fields can be set:

  • Industry

  • Country

  • State
  • Department
  • Seniority
  • Company Type

How to configure conditional mappings

As with the configuration of Field Mappings for integrations, the Cognism Admin has to configure these rules. Go to your User Avatar > Integrations.

Scroll to your integrated CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Bulhorn, or MS Dynamics) and click the Configure. Click on the object you want to setup conditional mapping. You will see a Rules column.

Next to the relevant field, click Advanced and you can select which Cognism fields should be mapped over to your CRM field. 

Note: For Salesforce, you need to click Save on the button in the pop up. For all other CRMs, you need to double save by clicking on Save in the popup and then click Save in the bottom right corner.
