Cognism Champions: FAQs

Below are some questions you may have about our Cognism Champions Advocacy Programme. To understand how to sign up and learn more about how the programme works, please visit this article.

How long does it take for my activities to be accepted and rewards sent out?

  • Our team aim’s to review your submissions as quickly as possible, but please note it can take up to one week for activities to be accepted and rewards to be sent out. Once your activity has been accepted, you must claim your reward before we can send it to you.

If I have already completed an activity this year, like a case study or G2 review, can I claim points for that?

  • You absolutely can, but only if you haven’t already claimed points for this activity before! If it’s a business review, simply find your review, screenshot it and upload it within the programme.
  • For other available activities, simply register your interest for the activity you’ve completed, and we’ll be in touch.

If I register interest in an activity, do I have to take action straight away?

  • No, you don’t. If you’re keen to speak at a webinar, or do a case study at some point in the future, registering your interest doesn’t oblige you to complete this right away. We’ll reach out when the opportunity is available and if the timing works for you, we can progress it together. Feel free to let us know when works best for you!

I’ve redeemed a reward but haven’t received it, what should I do?

  • Please allow up to one week for us to process your activity and send out your reward. If you have not received an update after this time frame, please feel free to contact champions@cognism.com.
  • Once your reward has been approved and you have claimed your reward, you should receive an email with your voucher. Please check your junk mail. If it’s not there please reach out to our Customer Marketing team.

I’m engaging with activities in the programme but nothing is working. Why is this?

  • This could be because you haven’t agreed to the programme’s Terms & Conditions agreement. Please make sure you do so before continuing.

Why aren’t the activities loading for me on the ‘Activities’ tab?

  • This isn’t normal, so please let champions@cognism.com know so that our team can investigate the issue.
