Field mapping allows you to specify what Cognism data or custom values will flow into Microsoft Dynamics when new or existing data is exported from the Cognism Web Application.
Go to User Avatar> Integrations > Microsoft Dynamics > Configure.
General
Here you can configure different actions when exporting to Dynamics.
Update Rules allow you to decide what happens if matches for leads/contacts or accounts are found in the CRM when exporting to CRM. You can choose to:

Update existing prospect and related account record

Don't update any already existing records
Syncing Rules allow you to decide how prospects are exported to Dynamics. you can choose between Leads or Contacts, Leads only, or Contacts only.
Bulk Export Rules allow you to decide if you'd like to export account information along with Leads and Contacts.
Lead/Contact
Within the Lead/Contact tab, you can configure what Cognism data fields are mapped to in Dynamics by selecting an option to be mapped from the picklist.
The following Cognism mappings are available (All out-of-the-box Dynamics fields are supported):

Additional Mappings
The additional mappings are available for all objects and are used for mapping fields which will be populated with static values. (The values would be the same for all exported contacts\companies) e.g. Cognism -> Source.
Update Rules
When data is being mapped into Dynamics, you have the option to configure an Update Rule. Cognism data can be applied if the datapoint was not previously mapped or you can choose to overwrite data points with Cognism Data every time you export/sync to HubSpot. These settings may impact your reporting/accuracy.
Export Settings (for exports from the Cognism Chrome Extension)
When exporting record from the Cognism Chrome Extension, users can review and edit the data being exported. As a Cognism admin you can restricted their view and editing access to the fields.
Click the Settings cog next to the update rule dropdown. You can toggle the behaviour of an export for individual mappings from the Cognism Chrome Extension with the following options:

Read Only Option - If enabled, user will not be able to make any changes to this field.

Is Visible Option - If enabled, user will be able to see this field in the edit during export.
