The CRM Health Dashboard helps you understand the quality of your CRM data and identify where enrichment will have the most impact.

The dashboard is available as part of Cognism CRM Enrichment.

Prerequisites

  • You have connected Cognism to your CRM 
  • You have Salesforce Data Import enabled

After connecting your CRM, the dashboard analyses your records against Cognism’s database. It provides a live view of your data quality and updates automatically as your CRM changes.

The top of the dashboard shows a summary of your enrichment activity and data coverage.
