Learn how to use the Cognism CRM Health Dashboard to analyse data quality, identify gaps, and prioritise enrichment for better CRM performance.
The CRM Health Dashboard helps you understand the quality of your CRM data and identify where enrichment will have the most impact.

Understand your CRM data health

- Records processed in the last 30 days
- Emails added in the last 30 days
- Phone numbers added in the last 30 days
- Active enrichment workflows
Use these metrics to quickly understand recent activity and overall progress.
Analyse data coverage and gaps
The dashboard includes charts that compare your CRM data with Cognism’s database. These highlight where your data is complete, missing, or out of date.
You can review:
- Contacts with up-to-date job information
- Contacts with job changes
- Contacts with unknown job status
- Missing phone numbers across your CRM
- Missing email addresses across your CRM
These insights help you identify gaps without exporting or auditing data manually.
Review enrichment metrics by persona
If you use personas in Cognism, the dashboard shows data quality for each persona group.
For each persona, you can see:
- Contacts with job changes
- Contacts missing phone numbers
- Contacts missing email addresses
This helps you focus on the segments that matter most, such as your ideal customer profiles.
You can also take action directly from this view by creating a one-off enrichment job for a selected persona.
Identify enrichment opportunities
The dashboard highlights how many records are missing key data fields across your CRM.
You can review gaps in:
- Phone numbers
- Email addresses
- Job titles
- Company data
- LinkedIn profiles
- Industry information
Use this view to understand overall data coverage and prioritise improvements.
Choose your next actions
Use the insights from the dashboard to decide how to improve your data.
You can:
- Select records to enrich
- Choose which fields to update
- Run one-off enrichment
- Set up scheduled or real-time enrichment
This allows you to apply enrichment in a targeted and controlled way.
