Prerequisites
- You must have admin permissions.
- Check whether the user owns any companies or is involved in approval workflows. You may need to reassign these before removal.
How to remove a user from Cognism
- Select User management.
- Find the user you want to remove. You can search by the user’s name and filter results by role and status.
- Click the Actions icon (⫶) next to the user, then select Delete.
Confirm the removal when prompted.
Expected result
- The user can no longer log in to Cognism.
- The user is removed from all teams.
- The user no longer appears in the user list.
