Add the Bullhorn Integration
An admin user needs to add and configure the Bullhorn integration to enable all users to make use of the integration.

Click your user avatar and go to Integrations.

Go to the Bullhorn integration and click Add.

Click Log in and you are redirected to the Bullhorn Log in page.

After you have logged in, click Configure to set how records should be exported and what fields should be mapped and how fields should be updated in Bullhorn when records are exported from Cognism. (See section below on configuring the Bullhorn integration)

Once the Admin configuration is done, users will see a notification in the UI, encouraging them to log into Bullhorn.
Configure the Bullhorn Integration
You can decide how records should be exported and how records should be updated in your CRM. Here you have options to configure different actions when a lead, contact, candidate or account is being exported or synced to Bullhorn.

Field Mapping settings are only available to the Cognism Admin user and changes will affect all users.
General
The General tab will show you which organization you are connected with and the account you are logged in with.
Export Rules
Within this tab, you can set Export Rules for users. This includes:

Enabling/disabling the ability for users to create/update Leads, Contacts, and Candidates in Bullhorn.

Enabling/disabling users the ability for users to create/update existing Accounts.
These settings allow you to keep Bullhorn well organised.
Field Mappings
Field mapping allows you to specify what Cognism data or custom values will enter into Bullhorn when new or existing data is exported from the Cognism Web Application or Chrome Extension.
Expand the Lead, Contact, Candidates or Accounts accordion to map the Cognism fields to Bullhorn fields.
To add a field, scroll down within the accordion and click + Add Field.

Selecting New field will add a field from the list of available Cognism fields which you can map to a field in Bullhorn.

A Static Field is a custom input that is mapped to a specific field in your CRM. This input will not change upon export.

For example source is a field which can be mapped as a static value i.e. Source = Cognism.

Click Save Changes within the accordion to save all the changes you’ve made.

The Company Revenue field does not convert the currency when mapped to your Bullhorn field. E.g. if your revenue field in Bullhorn is set as GBP, all values will be mapped as unconverted GBP. ($100,000 → GBP 100,000)
Static Mappings
The static mappings are available for all objects and are used for mapping fields which will be populated with static values. (The values would be the same for all exported contacts\companies) e.g. Cognism -> Source. To add a static field, click New Field > Static. Then fill in the field under the CRM column first.
Update Rules
When data is being mapped into Bullhorn, you have the option to configure an Update Rule. Cognism data can be applied if the datapoint was not previously mapped or you can choose to overwrite data points with Cognism Data every time you export/sync to Bullhorn. These settings may impact your reporting/accuracy.
Export Settings (for exports from the Cognism Chrome Extension)
When exporting record from the Cognism Chrome Extension, users can review and edit the data being exported. As a Cognism admin you can restricted their view and editing access to the fields.
Click the Settings cog next to the update rule dropdown. You can toggle the behaviour of an export for individual mappings from the Cognism Chrome Extension with the following options:

Read Only Option - If enabled, user will not be able to make any changes to this field.

Is Visible Option - If enabled, user will be able to see this field in the edit during export.
