How do I use the Credit Usage Dashboard in Cognism? Learn how to view available credits, understand how credits are consumed, monitor usage by team, and export credit usage reports.
Before you start
- You must have access to the Cognism Sales Intelligence Platform web app.
- Must have a RevOps (admin) permission
This dashboard provides visibility into credit usage across the account, including consumption trends, team activity, and available credit balances.
Credit Usage
The Credit Usage section provides an overview of your account's current credit allocation and usage.
It displays:
- Available credits by contract.
- Remaining credits.
- Average weekly credit consumption.
Use this section to quickly understand your current credit balance and overall usage.
Credit Usage Over Time
The Credit Usage Over Time chart displays total account credit consumption for a selected time period.
Available filters:
- All Time
- Last Month
- Last 3 Months
- Last 6 Months
- Custom Range
Use this chart to identify usage trends and monitor how quickly credits are being consumed.
Credit Consumption by Team
The Credit Consumption by Team table breaks down credit usage by team or user. Each column represents a different source of credit consumption.
Contact Reveal
Displays credits consumed when:
- A contact is revealed in the Cognism Sales Intelligence Platform WebApp.
- A contact is revealed using the Chrome Extension.
An unrevealed contact is exported directly from the Cognism Sales Intelligence Platform WebApp.
Note: Unrevealed contacts exported directly from the WebApp are counted under Contact Reveal, not Export.
Add to List
Displays credits consumed when:
- An unrevealed contact is added to a list.
- A CSV file containing contacts is uploaded to a list.
Enrichment
Displays credits consumed by the CRM Enrichment feature when enriching existing CRM records.
Job Change
Displays credits consumed by the CRM Enrichment feature when tracking job changes for existing CRM records.

Export
Displays credits consumed when contacts are exported using the Chrome Extension.
Note: This column only includes exports performed through the Chrome Extension. Exports from the Cognism Sales Intelligence Platform WebApp are counted under Contact Reveal if the contacts were previously unrevealed.
Total Credits
Displays the total number of credits consumed by each team across all credit consumption sources.
Export Credit Usage Data
RevOps users can export credit consumption data as a PDF for reporting, auditing, or internal review.
