Once an Admin has added and configured the Pipedrive integration, all users in the account can log in and use the integration to export single and bulk records to Pipedrive.

Export from the Cognism Chrome Extension
Access exported records in Pipedrive
Export from Search
- Select Contacts you want to export.
- Click Export and select Pipedrive from the dropdown.
- Review the export and assign it to an existing account or create a new account for the lead/s.
- A notification will appear indicating the export was successful.
Export from Lists

Contacts need to be redeemed before being exported.
- Navigate to Lists.
- Select the List you wish to export contacts from by clicking the List Name.
- Begin selecting prospects from the List and click the Export to Pipedrive icon.
- Review the export and assign it to an existing account or create a new account for the lead/s.
- A notification will appear indicating the export was successful.
Export from the Cognism Chrome Extension
- To export from the Cognism Chrome Extension, when viewing an individual profile or company, click Export.
- To export when viewing a list of leads from Sales Navigator, select the leads you want to export and click the export button.
- Select Pipedrive from the dropdown.
- Click Export and a popup will appear indicating the prospect has been successfully exported to Pipedrive.
Access exported records in Pipedrive
- In your Pipedrive, navigate to Contacts.
- The contacts that you have exported or synced will show up at the top of the Contacts list.
- View an entire account by clicking Organizations.
