Export & Sync to HubSpot

Export from Lists

• Navigate to Lists.
• Select the List you wish to export contacts from by clicking the List Name. 
• Begin selecting prospects from the List.
• Click Export and select HubSpot.
• Review the the accounts before export and click Export all.

Export from Cognism Chrome Extension

• To export from the Cognism Chrome Extension, when viewing a profile, click Export.
• Select HubSpot from the dropdown. 
• Click Export and a popup will appear indicating the prospect has been successfully exported to HubSpot.  

Export from Profile view and Search

• Select the contact/s you wish to export.
• Click the Export and select HubSpot.
• Review the the accounts before export and click Export all.

• To export from the contact page, click Export at the top right.
• Select HubSpot from the dropdown.
• Review the the accounts before export and click Export all.

View CRM status in Search

With an active HubSpot integration, you can see if a Contact already exists in your HubSpot CRM and to which Company it belongs. The hyperlink will take you directly to the contact/company in HubSpot.

Hover over the HubSpot icon in Search results to see the status.

Within the contact page, the CRM info section will display the status of the contact in your CRM.

Access exported & synced contacts in HubSpot

In your HubSpot CRM, navigate to Contacts. The contacts that you have exported or synced will show up at the top of the Contacts list. To only view contacts that you have exported, click My Contacts.
