The login email acts as a unique identifier within the platform.
What If My Email Address Has Changed?
If your company email address has changed, the recommended approach is to create a new user account using the new email address.
However, please note:
- User data and historical activity do not transfer between accounts
- Saved searches, lists, settings, and preferences remain tied to the original user account
- Previous activity history and exports are not migrated
- Existing integrations or personal configurations may need to be reconfigured
