Export and Sync to Bullhorn

To be able to export to Bullhorn via Cognism, first ensure that you have already integrated you Bulhorn account with Cognism, and you Cognism admin has customized the integration settings based on your business's needs.

If a record is exported to Bullhorn, and there is no existing record for the exported contact in Bullhorn, a new record will be created with the available data and mapped fields will be populated accordingly.

Export from the Cognism Web Application

Once you have generated a search in the Cognism Web Platform, you have the option to export 25 records at a time.

1.Select the records you want to export and click Export > Bullhorn.

2. A pop up will appear where you can select if you are exporting the record as a Lead, Contact, or Candidate. Select the option you prefer > Next. 

3. If you select lead and click Next, the export will proceed and you should see a banner stating that the export was successful. If you select contact or candidate, you will then see another popup of the contacts/candidates with the company they are associated with. 

4. Select the records you want to export out of the list and click Export. A banner will pop up in the upper right corner showing the export was successful. 

Export from Lists

You can also export records to Bullhorn from a  Cognism List.

1.Navigate to the list that you want to export and select the contacts. 

2.Once you have selected the records you want to export, click Export > Bullhorn. 

3. A pop up will appear where you can select if you are exporting the record as a Lead, Contact, or Candidate. Select the option you prefer > Next. 

4. If you select lead/candidate and click Next, the export will proceed and you should see a banner stating that the export was successful. If you select contact, you will then see another popup of the contacts with the company they are associated with. Here you can either reassign contacts to another existing Bullhorn company or proceed with Export. 

5. A banner will appear in the upper right corner stating that the export is successful. 

Export from the Browser Extension

1. To export from the Cognism Chrome Extension to Bullhorn, open the extension on the record you want to export. Click Export > Bullhorn > Select Lead, or Contact, or Candidate. 

2. Before clicking Export you can review the details of the record Profile by clicking Edit, or edit the profile prior to export by hovering over the data point and clicking the edit icon (pencil).

3. A banner will appear that the record has been successfully exported.
