What are Objects?
Objects are fundamental components within CRM and Sales Engagement Tools that represent various entities and interactions related to managing customer relationships. Objects are designed to capture, organise, and analyse data about customers, prospects, interactions, and transactions to facilitate better customer engagement and improve business processes.
Each tool contains different objects and Cognism provides data which can be mapped to specific objects.

In order to map data to fields within these objects, certain permissions are required. The permissions also allow for de-duplication and a status indicator within Cognism to show records are synced or already exist within your tools.
