#1 Our Chrome Extension works over Outreach & Salesforce🥳 [Functionality Update]
A new way to use the Cognism Chrome Extension to find information for:
- Leads and contacts in Salesforce
- Contacts in Outreach
Easier and more efficient ways to:
- Multithread deals without leaving Outreach or Salesforce by using the Chrome Extension coworkers tab.
- Get through to seemingly unreachable prospects by enriching your records with Cognism's data points including mobile numbers and Diamonds-on-Demand® - without leaving Outreach or Salesforce
Simply open the Chrome Extension when you're viewing a contact's profile in Outreach, or a Contact or Lead in Salesforce.
- Use the Profile tab to get contact information for your prospect.
- Use the Coworkers tab to find additional entries into your account.
- Use the Diamond Verify button to get our team to phone-verify your prospect's mobile number on demand (feature availability is subject to your subscription)
- Use the Export button to easily export the data directly to Salesforce and Outreach.
- This functionality is currently available on a contact/lead level. We're planning to extend the functionality to work on account level next year.
- To start using the Chrome Extension over Outreach, Salesforce, and corporate websites, you need to enable it to work everywhere.
- To be able to get the full benefit of this new functionality, make sure you're able to export your data directly to Outreach or Salesforce by setting up your integrations.

#2 See if a contact or company exists in your HubSpot CRM [Functionality Update]
Integrated Hubspot users will be able to see if records already exist in their CRM so they can quickly identify net new records.
Increase prospecting efficiency and easily distinguish existing from net new contacts and accounts.
You'll see the HubSpot status indicator across:
- Contact Search Results
- Contact Profile View
- Company Search Results
- Company Profile View
Note: The Contact and/or Company indicator includes a link to the contact or company profile in Hubspot
#3 New, improved way of showing active applied filters
A better way to show active applied filters without wasting screen space.
Better use of screen real estate and improved user experience.
You'll now see collapsed active filter pills by category. To remove a filter, simply click on the arrow and remove the unwanted filter by clicking X.

2023 will be an exciting year for the Cognism Prospecting Platform. We plan on introducing a number of new features and improvements both to the software and our data asset.
One of the most exciting releases in early Q1 will be the Salesforce 2-way sync and global filters which will enable easier and more efficient prospecting into your owned accounts.
We'll share more details in January - watch this space.
