Configuring how DNC numbers are displayed

People in certain geographies may want to reach out to people out of their geography, and out of their native DNC jurisdiction. Admins can decide if users can view numbers that belong on any DNC list/registry. Numbers on the TPS/CTPS are not displayed at all.

Note

DNC numbers are hidden by default for all countries.

When DNC numbers are hidden, they will appear as Hidden (DNC) in Search and on the Chrome Extension.

An admin can decide if all users can view these numbers or, make DNC numbers visible for certain users only.

Note

Diamond verified mobiles can belong on a DNC list/registry and will be hidden by default.

 

Configuring DNC numbers to be visible for all users

This setting can only be configured by an Admin user.

  • Click the User Avatar at the top-right of the screen and click to Settings.

  • Navigate to the Compliance section and click on Data Management.

  • DNC numbers are hidden by default. Untick the checkbox of the country whose DNC number you want to reveal and click Save.

  • All users can see DNC numbers on the web app and Chrome Extension. The number will have a DNC label next to it.
