How to integrate Cognism to Pipedrive

Setting up the Integration

Admin Enabling the Integration

Click the User Avatar at the top-right of your screen > click Settings > Click the Integrations icon.

Navigate to the Pipedrive integration and click Add.

After clicking Add, users in the organisation can Login with their Pipedrive credentials. To configure field mappings, the admin user will have to first Login to Pipedrive. Click Login and you will be redirected to the Pipedrive login page. PipedriveLogin.pngPipedriveCreds.png

After logging in, you will be prompted to install the Cognism Pipedrive Application. Allow all permissions and click install. If the app has already been installed, click Continue to the App.

You will then be redirected to the Cognism web app and the integration will be ready use.

User Login

Navigate to the Pipedrive integration and click Log in. You will be redirected to the Pipedrive login page.

After logging in, you will be prompted to install the Cognism Pipedrive Application. Allow all permissions and click install. If the app has already been installed, click Continue to the App.

You will then be redirected to the Cognism web app and the integration will be ready use.
