Cognism provides you with a multitude of data which you can tailor to suit your needs. The introduction of conditional mapping allows you to customise the way certain fields are mapped to your CRM. Supported CRM integrations include Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive and Microsoft Dynamics.

How to configure conditional mappings
As with the configuration of Field Mappings for integrations, the Cognism Admin has to configure these rules. Go to Settings > Integrations.
Scroll to your integrated CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot or MS Dynamics) and click the Settings cog. Click on Account (Salesforce & Dynamics), Company (Hubspot) or Organization (Pipedrive). You will see a Rules column.
Next to the relevant field, click Advanced and you can select which Cognism fields should be mapped over to your CRM field.
