In this sense, Cognism collects and process the data to provide its services (not for marketing), while our customers process the data for marketing/lead generation.
Thus, it is each party’s responsibility to ensure they can process the data for its intended purposes, and that such party complies with any applicable requirement under data privacy or marketing laws.
