How to grant Cognism support access on Salesforce

In order to troubleshoot or investigate issues, the Cognism team often requires access to our client's Salesforce org. This can be easily granted by following the below steps: 

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top right-hand corner

  2. Go to 'Settings'

  3. On the left-hand side menu, go to 'Grant Account Login Access'

  4. Next to the Cognism app, open the dropdown and select the time frame (this is how long we will have access)

  5. Click 'Save'
