In order to troubleshoot or investigate issues, the Cognism team often requires access to our client's Salesforce org. This can be easily granted by following the below steps:
- Click on your profile icon in the top right-hand corner
- Go to 'Settings'
- On the left-hand side menu, go to 'Grant Account Login Access'
- Next to the Cognism app, open the dropdown and select the time frame (this is how long we will have access)
- Click 'Save'
