Technographics allow you to see which companies are currently using a certain technology or have previously made use of a certain technology within that given year.  

This gives you insights into a company's workflow, how they could be improved, and the pain points they might face day-to-day. Technographics can be particularly useful if you’re providing a solution that complements another technology or offering a competitor technology which could replace an existing one.
