All subscriptions can be ended by sending a cancellation request to support@cognism.com sixty (60) calendar days before the subscription or initial contract end date.
Your subscription renews automatically every contract period unless a cancellation request is submitted via email to support@cognism.com at least sixty (60) calendar days before the end of your current subscription term.
Once we receive your cancellation request, your Account Manager will ask you to fill out a questionnaire and arrange a phone call, so that we can hear your feedback.
Always check your contract to see the specific details about the dates of your subscription period. If in doubt get in touch with your Account Manager for extra details.
