How are Email statuses defined?

Once a persona is saved to a list or pushed to a campaign, you can filter contacts based on four different email statuses: High+, HighMedium and No email.

Learn how to use the email filter in your search here.

Prior to pushing your contacts to a campaign or saving them to a list, you can filter by email statuses in the pop-up window as below:

  • High+ status emails are validated emails and have an estimated deliverability rate over 97%.

  • High status emails are Accept Alls that have been verified as accurate and has an estimated deliverability rate over 90%.

  • Medium status emails are Accept Alls that have not been validated and have an estimated deliverability rate of around 70%.

How to view the deliverability rating of contacts in a List

  • Go to the Lists tab.

  • Select a list (that has finished Processing and has Available status).

  • Go to the Email Quality filter checkboxes and select the email quality you want to filter by.

  • This allows you to filter your list by High+, High, Medium and No email statuses so that you can decide which Contacts you want to Redeem from the List.

How to view deliverability rating of contacts in a Campaign

  • Go to the Engage tab and select a campaign

  • Go to the Email Quality filter checkboxes and select the email quality you want to filter by.

  • When scheduling a Campaign with different sequence steps (eg. emails, calls, etc.), and provided that Advance all Leads is toggled on, the contacts will automatically move to the Task step since no email can be sent to them.

  • If the sequence contains email steps only then it is best to use the Email quality filter to delete all contacts with No Email (or move them to another Campaign) prior to scheduling to avoid skewed statistics.
