How to use Merge Fields

This will allow you to use specific data points within your email outbound campaigns. Having merge fields will pull through the correct data points of the Prospect to use within an email outbound campaign for a more personalized approach.

  • Merge Fields can be used within the subject line and the main body of the email

  • Click on Merge Fields, it is a drop-down box allowing you to use key data points

  • To use the merge field, simply click on the one you would like to use and it will be automatically added to the main body of the email.

  • You are also able to place merge fields within the Subject Line
