Setting up and editing signature & unsubscribe link

This applies your email signature to every email you send from the platform. We also require an unsubscribe link to be present at the bottom of the email, allowing leads to opt-out.

Signature

• Go to the Avatar icon in the top right-hand corner and click ‘Settings’

• The Profile page will open, click on the 'Email Signature' tab

You will see a preview in the window on the right

Unsubscribe link

• Click ‘Sample unsubscribe signature link’

• This will add the generic unsubscribe message into the box like below:

• If you would like to re-word this, you’re welcome to do so by editing the text

Note: You will not be able to save your signature without the unsubscribe link.

How to edit signature and unsubscribe link

• Path 1 > Use the instructions described above to edit your signature and unsubscribe link

• Path 2 > Go to Templates section on Prospector and select ‘Edit Signature’

You will be redirected to the Signature page where you can edit your signature and unsubscribe link.
