Assigning a persona in the Sales Companion web app allows teams to use predefined personas for filtering within the Companion Chrome Extension. This guide will walk you through the steps to assign a persona to one or more teams.
Steps to Assign a Persona
1. Access the Sales Companion web app

Log in to Sales Companion web app in your browser: https://platform.cognism.com/
2. Navigate to the Personas Section

Click on the Personas section in the menu.
3. Find the Persona

Locate the persona you want to assign from the available list.
4. Assign the Persona to a Team

Click on the arrow under the Assigned to column.

Select the team(s) you want to assign the persona to. You can assign the persona to multiple teams for use in filtering within the Sales Companion Chrome Extension.
5. Confirm the Assignment

Click Assign to complete the process.
Editing Assigned Personas

To edit the assigned teams, click the Edit button on the far right.

Select or deselect the relevant teams as needed.

Click Assign to save your changes.
