Overview
The Assigned Companies feature in Sales Companion provides a list of companies a sales user is responsible for, based on company assignment rules in the platform. This list is accessible in the second tab of the Sales Companion Chrome Extension menu and includes filtering and AI search capabilities for easy navigation.
Accessing Assigned Companies

Open the Sales Companion Chrome Extension.

Navigate to the second tab in the menu.

At the top, view the total number of companies assigned to you by your Rev Ops or Sales Leader admin.
Searching for Assigned Companies
You can search for assigned companies in two ways:
1. AI Search

AI Search allows you to find companies using natural language queries.

Simply type your query in the search bar.

Sales Companion will identify keywords and perform a tailored search based on your input.
2. Filters
You can manually filter your assigned companies using the following options:

Headcount – Filter by company size.

Revenue – Narrow down companies based on revenue ranges.

HQ Location – Search for companies based on their headquarters.

CRM Status – Check whether a company exists in your CRM.

Company Name – Search for a specific company by name.
Exporting Assigned Companies

You can select a few or all assigned companies and export them to your CRM or as a CSV file.
Viewing Company Details

Within the Assigned Companies widget, you have limited visibility of each company, including:

Company Name
-
Industry
-
LinkedIn URL
-
CRM Icon (indicating CRM status)

To view more data about a specific company, click on the company name. This will open the Company Profile Widget, where you can access additional data and filter employees based on specific criteria.
