Company Profile Widget - Sales Companion

Overview

The Company View feature in the Sales Companion Chrome Extension provides a comprehensive overview of a company you are interested in or assigned to by your admin. It allows you to view essential company details, claim or drop assignments, check CRM presence, and export relevant data.

 

Accessing Company View

  1. Open the Company Profile

    • Navigate to the company's LinkedIn page or website.

    • Open Sales Companion Chrome Extension.

    • Click on the third tab in the menu to access the company data.

  2. Company Overview

What can I do within Company Overview?

  • See if the company has been assigned to you.
  • If assigned, you can choose to Drop the company.
  • If unassigned, you can Claim the company to assign it to yourself.
  • Check if the company exists in your Salesforce.

 

  • View key company data, including:
    • Headcount
    • Revenue
    • Headquarters location
    • Signals and intent topics
    • Top 5 recommended contacts
  • Export the company to your CRM or export one or all of the recommended contacts.

 

Searching and Filtering Employees

  1. Navigating to the Employees Tab

    • Click on the Employees tab within the Company View.

    • Use the search bar to find employees by name.

  2. Applying Filters
      • Filter employees by:

        • Job Title

        • Location

        • Persona

      • Sort employees in ascending or descending order using the arrow controls.

      • Additional filtering options include:

        • Mobile numbers

        • Direct dials

        • Email addresses

      • Filters apply with OR logic, meaning an employee record may have either a mobile number, direct dial, or email, but not necessarily all.

  3. Pagination and Exporting

    • If no filters are applied, navigate through the employee list in batches of 25 using the pagination arrows at the bottom.

    • Export selected employees or the entire list to your CRM.

By using the Company View in Sales Companion effectively, you can manage assigned companies, search for key contacts, and export valuable data seamlessly.
