How to Create and Assign Personas in Sales Companion

Creating a Persona

  1. Navigate to Personas from the main menu.

  2. Click Create Persona or click on the 'New' button.

  3. Enter a name for the persona (e.g., "UK Tech Decision Makers").

  4. Define filters for the persona, such as:

    • Job Title: Include/exclude specific keywords.

    • Department and Seniority: Select from predefined lists.

  5. Save the persona.

 

 

 

Assigning a Persona

  1. Navigate to the Assigned to dropdown for the created persona.

  2. Select the team(s) or individual users you want to assign the persona to.

  3. Click Assign to finalise.
