Cognism's Fair Usage Policy ensures optimal performance for all users. Credit usage applies to data enrichment and contact reveals, with specific limits depending on your subscription package. Enrichment Credits are the only applicable credits with Sales Companion, designed to optimize your data management without unnecessary restrictions.

  1. Fair Usage: The following limitations apply to the use of the services (excluding Credits):
    • Monthly contact view limit per End User: 2,000 individual records.
    • Export view limit per End User: 25 individual records at a time.
    • Monthly export limit per End User: 2,000 individual records.

 

Enrich for Data Optimization

Cognism’s Enrich service allows sales teams to optimize their data with three distinct enrichment methods, ensuring your CRM remains accurate, actionable, and up-to-date—no matter your workflow. From instant data updates to regular scheduled maintenance and on-demand CSV enrichment, Enrich covers all your data enhancement needs.

NOTE: To use Enrich, customers must enable data synchronisation and allow Cognism access to customers’ Import Data. Cognism may use import data to improve the services.

Purpose:Keep CRM data enriched with high-quality, up-to-date details.

 

Frequency: One-off, weekly, monthly, or quarterly.

 

Primary Metric Impacted: Data freshness.

 

Usage: Ensures your CRM remains continuously updated with the latest contact details, job titles, and company data available to Cognism, reducing data decay over time.

 

Purpose: Enable users to enrich data lists directly within the Cognism platform.

 

Frequency: As needed, based on the user’s requirements.

 

Primary Metric Impacted: Flexibility and user led.

 

Usage: Teams can easily upload CSV files, and Cognism automatically fills in missing or incomplete information based on information available to Cognism, making it simple to ensure data freshness across large datasets.

2 Accuracy levels may differ dependent on geographic region, data type, and company type in respect of various products and packages purchased and are not guaranteed. 

3 Intent is data used to identify prospects showing purchase interest based on online behaviours like keyword searches, content engagement, and competitor site visits. This data helps clients prioritize leads and engage when interest is highest, boosting chances for successful connections and conversions. 

4 Cognism reserves to right to add or remove any CRM integration at any time at its sole discretion. 

5 Cognism verifies mobiles using real-time validation, cross-referencing with reliable sources, and performing periodic updates. 

6 Percentage based on Cognism’s internal testing undertaken in 2024 using efficiency calculations that compared traditional filtering versus AI powered results.
