We’ve got a new Compliance Management Centre, along with revamped Settings, enhanced the csv export experience, improved Intent topic selection (and export Intent to CRM and csv), and Personas can be created and managed in the Browser Extension.

Keeping compliant is easier thanks to the Compliance Management Centre

Admins can specify the visibility of DNC (Do Not Call) numbers on user accounts based on internal compliance rules, such as the exclusion of certain countries like Germany. The same can be done for Contact Profiles. Admins can hide profiles that belong to a specific country/country.

  • Go to Settings > Compliance > Data Management > Do Not Call

  • By default, all countries DNC remain hidden. Uncheck countries from the list to make these DNC numbers visible.

Admins need to take action as all accounts will be set to the default setting.

With the introduction of the Compliance Centre and a few other features in settings, we identified an opportunity to make necessary adjustments to the settings, creating new categories, moving menu items and re-designing some of the sections, namely Profile.

Head over to Settings to experience the revamped Settings area.

Get what’s important to you by customizing fields when exporting as a CSV

You now have the ability to customize which output fields are included in the CSV output when downloading Contacts, Companies and Enhance Contacts.

  • Go to the Customizations section of settings and select CSV Export.

  • Once in the CSV Export customization page, use the tabs to choose which export type (Contact, Company, Enhance) you would like to customize.

  • Users simply toggle the checkbox off of the fields they do not want in the output and save.

  • These fields will be applied to all future exports to a CSV for that user unless changed by the user.

More time to decide and validate… You now have a 14 day Intent Topic trial period

 

Admins and users have more time to test topics before needing to activate. After the 90 day reset period expires, and if an admin chooses to change the Intent Topics selected, the account will have 14 days instead of 72hrs in trialing the intent topics before needing to activate.

More Admin control for CSV Exports

Admins can toggle on/off CSV Exports across all users on an account. Admins can toggle this feature on/off from the Control settings page in the Account area within settings.

By default CSV Exports are toggled on, if an admin toggles of the CSV Exports it is done for every user on the account and when users try to download a CSV the download button will be disabled and the user will be shown a tooltip explaining that the functionality was disabled by the admin.

  • Admins can go to Settings > Account > Controls

BROWSER EXTENSION

 

Identify relevant prospects easier with Personas in the Browser Extension

 

You can create and apply personas in the Chrome Extension as filters on employee and coworker lists, providing shortcuts and insights for improved targeting and faster workflows. This reduces the back and forth between the web app and extension for persona-related actions.
