An admin user needs to first enable and set up the integration in the Cognism Web Application before other users in the organization are able to use the integration. Once the admin user enables the integration, it becomes available for all users from your organization to log in to Outreach and use the Outreach integration capabilities both from Cognism Web Application and Chrome Extension.
Once set up, the Outreach integration with Cognism allows for the bulk and single export of contacts into Outreach from Cognism from either the Web Application or Chrome Extension.

Click your User Avatar at the top-right and go to Settings.

Go to Integrations and Add the Outreach integration.

After clicking Add, the admin user can log in to Outreach and enter Settings and change the default field mappings, as well as other settings for the Outreach integration.

After logging in to Outreach, You are redirected back to the Cognism web application where a message will pop-up indicating you have successfully logged in with Outreach.

To remove the integration, simply click Remove.

Rules for duplicates can be selected under the General tab.

For Prospects you can set rules when users in your organisation export to Outreach:

Choose whether users can update existing records in Outreach upon export.

Choose whether users can export a record when and existing Account in Outreach can’t be associated with the new record.

Choose whether users can export records without an email.

Choose whether users can select which email they want the record to interact with.

E.g. Your organisation has email addresses “name@company.com” and “name@companyrocks.com” set up in Outreach. This setting allows users to select which email address would be used to send emails from, when sequencing records.

For Accounts you can choose whether existing Accounts get updated in Outreach when a user exports a company record.

User Setup
Once the integration has been enabled by the admin, any user can log in to Outreach either through the Chrome Extension Options or through Cognism's Web Platform Settings. If you're logging in through Cognism's Web Platform Settings, here are the steps:

Click your User Avatar at the top-right and go to Settings.

Go to Integrations and Log in to your Outreach account.

If you haven't previously logged in to Outreach, enter your sign in credentials.

You will then be redirected back to the Cognism web application where a message will pop-up indicating you have successfully logged in with Outreach.

To log out from the integration, simply click "Log Out.
